Galaxy Home Process

Step One: Free Site Appraisal

Our team will arrange a free site appraisal to provide you with essential information about the entire process and strategies. This includes a thorough evaluation of the land you plan to develop and rebuild. Additionally, we offer home loan and construction loan consultancy services at this stage to support your new building funding. Every project begins with an open discussion about your site, your brief, and your budget. During these workshops, you can share your ideas, magazine cutouts, Pinterest boards, and more. Together, we will discuss, test, and refine various options right in front of you. This collaborative and interactive process ensures you will have a clear understanding of your space and what to expect. We keep your budget in mind throughout the entire design phase, ensuring that your vision and financial expectations are aligned

Step Two: Budget Planning

Budget planning is one of the most crucial steps pre-construction. Our team is here to assist you with timing and budget guidelines before starting the project. We provide a detailed cost quotation so there are no unpleasant surprises or upselling on option upgrades after you sign the tender. An itemized tender, including pricing, is prepared upon completion of the design. This means you’ll have a design you love and a real price you’re comfortable with before starting the approval phase, ensuring there are no surprises after the DA is approved. We offer a complete lump sum tender price with a detailed specification before the design is submitted to the council for approval. Knowing the price beforehand means you won’t waste time submitting an unaffordable plan to the council. It also allows us to get started immediately once the council approves the design.

Step Three: From Concept To Approval

Our primary goal is to help you find the perfect plan for your family’s dream home. We offer a variety of home designs or can start with a blank slate to create a custom home tailored to your vision. We prioritize your standards and expectations, and we will not proceed without your approval and complete satisfaction with the plan and design. Once you are content with the design, we will promptly prepare a tender estimate. If you already have D.A. plans from your architect, we can meet to review the design and discuss your preferred finishes and fixtures. After finalizing the building plans and exterior finishes, we will submit the D.A. application to the local council on your behalf and monitor its progress closely

Step Four : Guide Selection Process

While our team handles all necessary documentation and approvals, our dedicated internal staff will support you through every step of the selection process, ensuring your dream becomes a reality. Once all selections are made, you’ll receive a detailed list of inclusions to guide you seamlessly through the next stages

Step Five: Construction

During construction, it’s incredibly exciting for any homeowner to witness their new home design taking shape. Our experienced construction site supervisor will be on-site daily to oversee the works and provide weekly progress updates, ensuring you stay informed about each step of the process

Step Six: Handover

The house handover phase is pivotal, receiving as much attention as any other stage. We ensure you are fully versed in operating your new home. You’ll receive a comprehensive user manual, and our service team—from electricians to air conditioning contractors—will guide you through all functions to ensure your comfort with every aspect.
